First is one of my new favorits! its zukinni, rice cooked in half white wine/water, veggie stock, onions cooked in butter until browned, bacon choped and cooked seperate, white rice cooked until toasted....then add all together until done! add parmasan cheese and more butter and a little salt! Don't forget to add the chopped zukinni flowers on top (for color).
The little dips are creamed goat cheese with a touch of balsalmic vinegaret on top.
