I made this in my latest cooking class (white fish wrapped in a special bread layerd with muscle and creamed fish, on top of pureed carrot & orange mixture with crushed parsley/olive oil green drops)
This could be the best soup I've ever made! (Chilean sea bass, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, veg. broth poured over Tuscan toasted bread) (i'm forgetting something...but it was a taste of heaven!)
Hello! I am currently living in Prato Italy, a "little" city, pop. 1/2 mill. very near the ancent city of Florence.
